Video: Unboxing Your Comcast Xfinity Triple-Play Self-Installation Kit

Today we complete a trifecta of DIY videos we’ve produced here in Washington state about Comcast’s self-installation kits for Xfinity products and services. Our video producer Ed Hauge and technical help wizard Andres Florez have completed the third and final video in the series. Andres is a customer service representative who works from our Lynnwood call center.

The first two videos took you through the process of opening the Internet and phone self-installation kit, and through the process of opening the TV self-installation kit. You can find those videos here.

This video is for the championship in DIY: unboxing what we call  the “Triple Play,”  the self-installation kits for Xfinity TV, Internet and phone. We hope you find this video helpful in getting to know your self-installation equipment and the process.
